In this role, you will be part of the project team responsible in understanding the industry and its competitive environment as well as exploring opportunities and empowering industry operations.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • As a core member of the special project team assist project director in solve key business challenges and liaise with various major operational teams to drive overall business results
  • Take ownership of strategic analysis modules for identifying key business challenges through collection and analysis of vast business operation data and manage the deduction process for insights that outline imminent business issues
  • Lead and conduct competitor benchmarking analysis, survey of key business stakeholders such as merchants or creators, and macro or industry analysis to form solutions to solve key business issues
  • Initiate and drive special projects that leverage cross-departmental resources to implement the solutions and be key contributors to the project outcome
  • Support strategic projects to drive platform growth, including GMV, buyer CRM, seller program adoption rate and other key metrics with cross-functional partners such as marketing, seller management, and operations


What we’re looking for in a candidate:

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in large ecommerce platforms, leading consulting or Internet companies
3. Deep understanding of the ecommerce industry & its business structure, consumer needs and demand, influencers, social media, e-commerce, livestreaming, and digital trends landscape
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical skills 5. Adaptable, fast learner, highly motivated, results and goal-oriented with commercial experience
6. Proficiency in English is required
7. Candidates with 1~2 years of prior overseas study / work experience and willingness to consider overseas assignment is a plus
